Great service and friendly staff! The hotel is well located and offers spacious and clean rooms. The free shuttle service to and from the airport is a convenient bonus. The hotel is also in close proximity to public transportation and local shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.
The lack of English TV channels in the room. the air conditioning in the room was not powerful enough, making it uncomfortable during the Christmas season.

Conveniently located close to the metro and airport. Clean and quiet rooms with comfortable beds. Attentive and helpful staff. Plenty of value cafes and restaurants in the area. Good value for the money.

This hotel is conveniently located near Gran Via station for easy access to the city center, and is also close to Wanda stadium for sports fans. The No 200 bus from the airport stops near the hotel, and there is a bus to Ifema fairground for business travelers. Rooms are well-equipped with comfortable bedding and modern amenities, and the breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious foods. Guests enjoy the helpful and friendly service and relaxing pool.
One reviewer noted that the air conditioning in the room didn't work well during a particularly hot day, which may have been uncomfortable for some guests.

The free shuttle from the airport is a great perk. The hotel was quiet and comfortable with good breakfast. Despite some small issues, I would stay at Sercotel again.

We loved the location of this place, situated in a walkable neighborhood with many shops. The Main Street here made it easy to get around without a car. The service provided was top-notch, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry all available. The staff was incredibly helpful and even provided us with an airport shuttle for free.
In addition to the great location and service, the room amenities were impressive. We had ironing facilities, heating, air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, a mini-bar.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel! The facilities were modern and clean, and we were impressed by the attention to detail in the cleanliness of the room. We also enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's transportation service, made getting to the airport stress-free. Lastly, we found the hotel's location to be very convenient, with several restaurants within a short walk.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.
